In the quieter weeks of a new season, when the pace slows and the world feels less full, we’re given a rare opportunity to listen more closely. Old Story <> New Story is a reflective workshop for women in transition - in work, creativity, identity, or life.
Through writing, guided reflection, and gentle conversation, we’ll tend to what’s ready to be released and make space for what’s beginning to emerge. This isn’t about resolutions or reinvention. It’s about honoring what’s been and loosening what no longer fits, and allowing new stories to form naturally.
Because sometimes (ok, usually), before you can write the next chapter, you have to compost the last one.

FAQs
-
Anyone in a season of change or reflection - founders, creatives, caregivers, leaders, or simply women learning to let one chapter end before the next begins.
-
You may listen, participate, and activate yourself and peers with consideration and care. If you’re here to listen quietly, that’s fine! If you’re seeking collaboration & mutual support, that’s fine too.
Please note that if we notice any participant engaging in unsafe, harmful, or disruptive behavior on the call, we will remove them.
-
That’s completely okay, and actually, it’s often the best place to begin. The reflection prompts and gentle guidance will help you uncover what’s ready to shift, whether it’s a belief, a way of working, or a narrative you’ve simply outgrown.
-
Letting go doesn’t always mean loss or grief (though it probably should more than our culture allows). Sometimes it’s as simple as loosening your grip, creating a little space for new language, ideas, or rhythms to emerge.
