I’m Liz, a strategist, storyteller, and guide for women building businesses that honor our earth, ourselves, and the communities that make us whole. I’ve spent my 15-year career helping brands shape what they stand for, and say it well.

I've worked inside fast-growth startups, led brand strategy for companies reshaping how we eat and live, and guided agency teams driven by purpose and possibility.

My roots are in journalism, where I learned how to listen closely and ask better questions. But truly, I learned that as a child, lying on the ground in the woods and picking up rocks to see the life beneath.

And now, this emerging chapter started after a personal shift—becoming a mother, slowing down, and realizing just how much our culture asks us to override our instincts. I wanted a new way of working. One that made space for cycles, clarity, and care.

The through-line across all of this: the women behind the work. The ones who are building something real, something values-forward, something that's trying to change things.

So that’s where I’m serving. Not just helping brands find their voice, helping the women behind them find theirs.

I built this because I kept seeing (+ living) the same pattern.

Working with women founders, I started noticing something. It wasn't strategy that they were struggling with. It was something quieter. A habit of editing, performing, or second-guessing that was keeping the most interesting version of their voice out of reach.
