As the year winds down, nature reminds us that endings and beginnings are not separate—they’re part of the same cycle. Old Story <> New Story is a guided workshop reflection experience for women navigating transition—whether in work, creativity, identity, or life. Through writing, guided reflection, and regenerative metaphors, we’ll explore how your story has evolved over the past year—what narratives are ready to be released, and what new ones are waiting to be written.
Because sometimes, before you can write the next chapter, you have to compost the last one.
