Awakening Our Stories | A Guided Breathwork & Storytelling Workshop

As spring unfolds, we’re invited into a season of awakening. The light shifts. Energy rises. Something new begins to stir. But before new stories take shape in the world, they often begin somewhere quieter: in the body.

Awakening Our Stories is a guided breathwork and storytelling workshop for women navigating change, whether in work, creativity, or identity. Through gentle breathwork, reflective prompts, and guided conversation, this session explores what storytelling feels like when we’re connected to ourselves, and how different it sounds when we’re not.

Together, we’ll create space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the voice beneath the noise.

Because when the body feels supported, the story knows how to speak.

What To Expect

〰️

What To Expect 〰️

We’ll anchor our time with:

  • A guided breathwork practice to help regulate the nervous system and create space for reflection

  • Reflective storytelling prompts to explore what feels true beneath the surface

  • Light guided dialogue and shared insight from Liz and Sarah

  • A closing integration moment to help you carry what emerged forward

(No prior breathwork experience is required. Come as you are.)

Outcomes

〰️

Outcomes 〰️

Participants will leave with:

  • A deeper sense of connection to their body and internal signals

  • Greater clarity around the stories they’re living and the ones beginning to emerge

  • A felt understanding of the difference between connected and disconnected storytelling

  • Tools for regulating the nervous system when speaking, writing, leading, or expressing themselves

  • A renewed sense of trust in their voice and intuition

Who It's For

〰️

Who It's For 〰️

This is for the founder who:

  • Feels disconnected from her voice or intuition

  • Knows something in her life or identity is shifting but can’t quite name it yet

  • Struggles to articulate what she truly wants, needs, or believes

  • Notices herself over-explaining, people-pleasing, freezing, or holding back

  • Is navigating change in work, identity, relationships, or creativity

  • Wants to feel more grounded, embodied, and confident when she speaks
