As the year winds down, nature reminds us that endings and beginnings aren’t separate, they’re part of the same cycle. Old Story <> New Story is a workshop experience for women navigating transition, whether in work, creativity, identity, or life. Through writing, guided reflection, and regenerative metaphors, we’ll explore how your story has evolved over the past year—what narratives are ready to be released and what new ones are waiting to be written.
Because sometimes (ok, usually), before you can write the next chapter, you have to compost the last one.

You may listen, participate, and activate yourself and peers with consideration and care. If you’re here to listen quietly, that’s fine! If you’re seeking collaboration & mutual support, that’s fine too.
Please note that if we notice any participant engaging in unsafe, harmful, or disruptive behavior on the call, we will remove them.

That’s completely okay, and actually, it’s often the best place to begin. The reflection prompts and gentle guidance will help you uncover what’s ready to shift, whether it’s a belief, a way of working, or a narrative you’ve simply outgrown.

Letting go doesn’t always mean loss or grief (though it probably should more than our culture allows). Sometimes it’s as simple as loosening your grip, creating a little space for new language, ideas, or rhythms to emerge.
